DESCRIPTION
   The TC58FVT800/B800 is an 8,388,608-bit, 3.0V read-only electrically erasable programmable flash memory organized into 1,048,576 words × 8 bits or 524,288 words × 16 bits. The TC58FVT800/B800 has read, program and erase operation commands and can be easily interfaced with the microprocessor. These commands are based on JEDEC standards. Program and erase operations are performed automatically on the chip. This device is available in chip, block and multi-block erasure capability.
   TC58FVT800/B800 is available in 44-pin plastic SOP or 48-pin TSOP package to suit various design applications.
