The MC68HC711L6 high-performance microcontrollers (MCUs) is an  erasable programmable ROM (EPROM)-based version of the MC68HC711L6 and includes similar feature - 16 Kbytes of EPROM, 512 bytes of electrically erasable programmable ROM (EEPROM), and 512 bytes of RAM.
