GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADIS16266 is a programmable digital gyroscope that combines industry-leading MEMS and signal processing technology in a single compact package. It provides accuracy performance that would otherwise require full motion calibration with any other MEMS gyroscope in this performance class.
