DESCRIPTION

MAS9283 is an integrated circuit well suited to

build a VCXO for telecommunication and other

• Very small size

• Wide operating temperature range

• Phase noise < -130 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset

• CMOS (Square wave) output
