The Fujitsu MB15C101 is an exclusive Intermediate frequency (IF) Band Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with pulse swallow operation. The reference divider and comparison divider have fixed divide ratios, so that it is not required to set the divide ratios by a microcontroller externally.
It operates with a supply voltage of 3.0 V typ. and dissipates 1.0 mA typ.(270MHz) of current realized through the use of Fujitsu’s CMOS technology.
The MB15C101 is ideally suitable for PHS systems.

The reference divider and comparison divider have fixed divide ratios, so that it is not required to set the divide ratios by a µcontroller externally. Because the dividers are designed by means of MASK ROM method, a customer can chose them optionally. SSOP-8 and BCC-16 plastic packages are available.
All of the above features help a system designer for easier as well as compact layout work.

Description
The W3000 is a high-performance UHF RF PLL synthesizer, designed for use in digital wireless communication applications. Particular emphasis in the design has been placed on dual-Band applications, with near-seamless switching between operational Bands without the need for external loop-filter circuitry other than that required for single Band applications. In combination with a suitable reference crystal, UHF VCO, and associated loop-filter components, the W3000 offers a very low-noise oscillator solution.

µPB1508GV is a 3.0 GHz input divide by 2 prescaler IC for DBS tuner applications. µPB1508GV can make VHF/UHF Band PLL frequency synthesizer apply to DBS/ECS tuners. µPB1508GV is a shrink package version of µPB584G so that this small package contributes to reduce the mounting space.
µPB1508GV is manufactured using NEC’s high fT NESAT™ IV silicon bipolar process. This process uses silicon nitride passivation film and gold electrodes. These materials can protect chip surface from external pollution and prevent corrosion/migration. Thus, this IC has excellent performance, uniformity and reliability.
