s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6415/16 are serial input, 80-out segment extension
driver for dot matrix LCD. It consists of bi-directional shift regis-
ter, 80-bit latch, and 80-out high voltage LCD drivers.
The pin configuration is difference between the NJU6415
and the NJU6416.

s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6445/46 are serial input, 80-out segment extension
driver for dot matrix LCD. It consists of bi-directional shift regis-
ter, 80-bit latch, and 80-out high voltage LCD drivers.
The pin configuration is difference between the NJU6445
and the NJU6446. The NJU6445/46 are the new designed
devices and their realize replacement from the NJU6415/16.
