I Power input pins.

I Make: Break ratio select pin.

If B/M = VDD, the M/B ratio is 40:60.

If B/M = VSS, the M/B ratio is 33.3:66.7.

B/M pin is pulled to VDD by internal resistor.

If S/ M = VDD, the save function is selected.

If S/ M = VSS, the mercury function is selected.

S/ M pin is pulled to VDD by internal resistor.

I If ATS = VDD, the auto timer function is enabled.

If ATS = VSS, the auto timer function is disabled.
