VC2 controls the shunt devices, adjust to set attenuation.
Recommended Control Voltages:
For frequency 1835 GHz: VC1 = -1 V, VC2 = -0.25 to -3.25 V.
For frequency 3540 GHz: VC1 = 0 V, VC2 = -0.8 to -3.25 V.
