GENERAL DESCRIPTION

OZ9998H is a high efficiency, high power LED driver controller optimized for

large-size LCD Monitor and LCD TV applications. It is integrated with a high

voltage MOSFET driver and up to 90V rating current balance transistors. It

can drive up to four (4) strings of high power LEDs connected in parallel con-

figuration.

OZ9998H supports external Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming control.
